With over eight years of working with both my literary agent and my editor at a major publishing house, I have enough experience with the publishing industry to know how things work and what they're looking for, while also retaining an author's perspective on how to take editorial feedback and incorporate it into one's true vision. Bouncing ideas back and forth with another person on how to improve a story is one of the most satisfying and invigorating creative endeavors there is. I could discuss plot, story, elements, and especially characters for hours on end, and I do (well, in email form). I can help shape an amazing piece of writing into something even more amazing.
